Yoga for Back, Neck, and Shoulders - Nourish, stretch and strengthen your back, neck, and shoulders to prevent and treat soreness and tightness. Great if you have ongoing stiffness or soreness, or temporary aches. Style: Relaxing. **
Barre! - Barre combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Our take on this class is gentle to ease you into the movements - all levels are encouraged to try this fun new class out!
Seated Yoga - Feeling stiff? Try this soothing yoga class of stretching, strengthening, and moving with greater ease. A wonderful option that is easy on the knees, you can do this yoga in a chair or sitting on the heated floor. Gentle movements can go a long way in helping you move with more grace and greater vigor through the day. You will fall in love with this class and how it makes you feel in between! Beginners and experienced yogis will appreciate this soothing class.**.
Mat Pilates - Pilates helps to condition your core, relieve back pain and rehabilitate injuries, while improving flexibility.
We focus on the therapeutic impact so that it is do-able for all levels. Come and see how amazing regular Pilates can make you feel. **
Lunchtime Mat Pilates - A quick, 30 minute pilates with a warmup and cooldown packed into just 30 minutes - a little goes a long way - give yourself a boost for the rest of your day!**
Inner Glow Flow - This Signature class will have you gently flowing from one joyful movement to the next with your breath, stimulating the lymphatic system and helping you detox and Glow from within, then finishing with gentle yoga for the face. You will emerge from this class with a rosy inner Glow! 
Relaxation Yoga + Meditation - Experience the relaxing side of yoga in this feel-good class that is adapted to all levels. Release tension from the muscles and the mind so that you can feel your best. Fun, slow and stretchy with lots of deep breathing. Unwind your day and release your stress. Includes a short meditation to renew the spirit.**
Relaxing Candlelit Yin - Treat yourself to candlelight and aromatherapy while you melt away your stresses, channel the ancient practice of using breath to cleanse the organs, the body, and the mind.
