The Duchess of Sussex has a well-known love for yoga and reformer pilates - when she was spending time in Canada Meghan was even seen picking up her pilates trainer at the airport, which may have paid off as she looked strong, healthy and gorgeous on her last round of royal outings with Harry. Meghan is also known to prioritize her skin, with lots of hydration, eating her vitamins, and a daily facial yoga routine (which we share in our "Virtual Glow" program.)
