An affordable and fun way to celebrate a birthday - we can customize your class for teens, tweens, or grownups.

  • Bring your own cake and decorations, and use our beautiful yoga studio to enjoy presents and cake after your class - no cleanup for you!
  • Choose an active class, a relaxing class, or switch it up and do a Birthday Self Defence class workshop.
  • ​1 - 1.5 hour classes + 30 - 60 minutes for our private room.

  • Heart Chakra Yoga for Bachelorettes. Instead of the bar, (or before!?) bring your best girls for a cozy night in our yoga studio. Our Signature Heart Chakra class uses pink light therapy, rose quartz crystals, and gentle yoga poses to open up your heart so that you can be fully prepared to celebrate love. Or go with a relaxing class like Restorative Bliss - to soothe all that wedding planning stress!
  • Partner Yoga. Try some fun yoga poses designed for groups - a wonderful way to bond with your friends or build team spirit for your employees.
  • Self Defence workshop - In this 1.5 hour private workshop, your group will learn some very practical self-defence skills for women. Helpful for corporate team development, but also fun for a ladies night out!
