Vinyasa Flow for Glow: This playfully sequenced yoga class will provide a fantastic compliment to any workout routine. Flow through an invigorating series of dynamic movements that will help open the entire body - relaxing tight muscles, relieving stiff joints and supporting all the major systems of the body (circulatory, immune, lymphatic, etc). Not only do limber, well balanced bodies perform better, they also heal faster and are less prone to injury. Learn to foster a stronger connection between mind, body and breath, creating space within yourself to reach your full potential both on and off the mat.
Nicole has been exploring the practice and teachings of yoga for the last ten years, completing various teacher trainings along the way. She currently holds Advanced Masters’ Core certification through the Yogic Physical Culture Academy, RYT200 Vinyasa Flow certification through Yoga Alliance, as well as YogaFit certification through the Manitoba Fitness Council. She also has a Masters degree in English Literature which is why beautiful poetry and readings often finds their way into her classes. She believes in empowering her students to claim their own practice by cultivating a safe and inclusive space to explore all the benefits that yoga has to offer.
