Gentle Rise and Shine 60 Minutes
Feeling stiff? Wake up to a soothing morning class of stretching, strengthening, and moving with greater ease. Gentle movements can go a long way in helping you move with more grace and greater vigor through the day. You will fall in love with this class and how it makes you feel in between!
Good Morning Yoga 60 minutes
Better than coffee. Get ready to face the day with this yummy morning yoga routine. Start mellow on the mat, then wake up the body and mind with a yin and yang style class that will bring you to your feet in beautiful posture with a refreshed and invigorated sense of wellbeing. Start your morning with energy and inner peace. Adapted to all levels, come start your day with a little Glow.
Inner Glow Flow 60 minutes
This Signature class will have you gently flowing from one joyful movement to the next with your breath, stimulating the lymphatic system and helping you detox and Glow from within, then finishing with gentle yoga for the face.
You will emerge from this class with a rosy inner Glow!
Relxaing Candlelit Yin with Essential Oils 60 minutes
Now enhanced with essential oils - treat yourself to candlelight and aromatherapy while you melt away your stresses, our heated floors will keep you warm as you channel the ancient practice of using breath to cleanse the organs, the body, and the mind. Excellent for helping with stress, and a natural way to help balance your hormones, which many experts say is key to weight loss and optimal health. Get ready to relax!
Relaxing Restorative Bliss 60 minutes
Recharge the batteries of your body mind and spirit. Rest on heated floors and breathe deeply in restorative, relaxing positions, supported by big comfy props and cozy blankets. This healing class is a stress-buster and a natural way to help you relax and feel re-energized. Enhanced with a lemongrass towel. Style: Relaxing.
Pilates 60 minutes
Once known as the secret of many a toned celebrity, you, too can benefit from Pilates - at Glow! Pilates is a challenging but safe exercise that promotes a balanced body, longer leaner shape, superb posture, strong back and increased mobility and flexibility. Pilates at Glow also incorporates some feel-good yoga style stretching - come and enjoy the benefits of a pilates workout! Style: Active
Self-Serve Yoga
Available to all members of Glow Fitness for Women, we invite you to practice yoga at your own pace in the studio. We have a wide range of yoga videos loaded on a TV in the yoga studio for you to use whenever classes are not taking place inside the studio.
Self-serve yoga is open to Glow members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Glow Signature Chakras and Crystals 60 minutes
Each of the seven main chakras contains bundles of nerves and major organs as well as our psychological, emotional, and spiritual states of being. If there is a blockage, energy cannot flow, which can have a disruptive effect on our health.
This class opens up and aligns the chakras to help you to heal from within.
Each class will focus on a different chakra. Brighten your winter with our colourful Chakra Class series, which is enhanced with colour-light therapy, heated floors and healing crystals to maximize your experience.
Open to all levels and abilities. Each week is different - come to one or come to them all to line up your chakras from root to crown!
Style: Each class is different. Mix of active and relaxing.
Yoga Dance Fusion with Gail 60 minutes

Step out of your hectic life for one delicious hour as you get your groove on with Gail Spencer-Lamm. You will focus on uniting body, mind and spirit and develop ease of movement, strength, and flexibility with flowing, rhythmic yoga, pilates and dance inspired movements. Sweat, but leave refreshed and energized!

Rock and Flow 60 minutes
Enjoy the energizing combination of yoga and rock! Join us for a fun and upbeat yoga class that is a mixture of dance, flow, toning, strengthening, core, and some non-traditional yoga music.

Lunchtime Meditation 30 minutes
Meditation is something everyone can do to improve their mental and emotional health. Benefits are immense, including stress relief, anxiety reduction, improved emotional health, better memory and attention span, improved sleep, pain control, and improvement of addictive behaviour. To name a few!
Our Meditation class is just 30 minutes long, perfect for beginners. Join meditation expert Irene Way, who has practiced and taught the skill of meditation for over 40 years as a psych nurse and studied the art with her own Tai Chi Master in Xiian China when she lived there. Irene will teach you how to cultivate your own meditation practice, a skill that you can take with you for life long after the class is over.

Nurture your body with this soothing class, which focuses on nourishing and strengthening your back, neck, and shoulders to prevent and treat soreness and tightness.
Style: Relaxing.

Strengthen, then relax. In the first half of this class, focus on flowing movements and poses to strengthen your core, which can help improve your posture, reduce back pain, and increase overall wellbeing, then treat yourself in the second half to cooling, gentle restorative yoga to seal in your hard work and soothe your body and mind.
