Seasonal Selections Classes
We welcome each new season with a new variety of Seasonal Selection yoga classes at Glow, designed to inspire, nurture, and delight.
Fall Offering: Cozy Evening Yoga + Tea 60 minutes
It’s time to wind down the day with this cozy class designed to work the kinks out of the body and prepare your body and mind for a relaxing evening and a good night’s sleep. Enjoy a cup of herbal tea along with soothing yoga. Linger on the heated floors as long as you like..
Fall Offering: Restorative Bliss 60 minutes
This is a restorative class to recharge the batteries of your body mind and spirit.
Treat yourself to candlelight, heated floors and aromatherapy as you rest and breathe deeply in restorative, relaxing positions, supported by big comfy props.
This healing class, open to all levels, is a stress-buster and a natural way to help you relax and feel re-energized. This class is enhanced with a warm aromatherapy towel.
Fall Offering: Yoga Foundations 60 minutes
Each week, we explore and deepen our understanding of yoga. A great intro to yoga and confidence-builder for beginners, and for experienced yogis it’s a good check-in to fully embrace the practice. We focus on building a solid yoga foundation together, and explore the yoga lifestyle further, on and off the mat.
Fall Offering: Stress-Buster Yoga + Meditation 60 minutes
Do you lead a busy lifestyle? The effects of constant, low-grade stress is enough to throw off our sleep patterns, impair our breathing and digestion, unbalance our hormones, and prevent us from feeling our best. Counteract that stress with yoga poses and sequence hand-picked to battle stress and give you a special yoga force field to protect you all day long.
Fall Offering: Yoga for Hormone Harmony 60 minutes
Modern lifestyles, including plastics, everyday chemicals, and stress are throwing our hormones out of whack. Far beyond hot flashes and fertility concerns, hormones affect all of us on many levels. When we are out of balance, we can become more susceptible to illness and disease, and may find it more difficult to lose weight.
For harmonious hormones this class uses breathing, yoga poses, and essential oil to restore balance to your inner self.

Step out of your hectic life for one delicious hour as you get your groove on with Heather. Enjoy the energizing combination of yoga and rock! Join us for a fun and upbeat yoga class that is a mixture of dance, flow, toning, strengthening, core, and some very non-traditional yoga music.
Fall Offering: Meditation + Tai Chi Workshop with Irene Way 60 minutes
This progressive workshop-style class explores meditation and Tai Chi every week.
Irene Way shares a practice that has inspired her and she aims to share the joy of her practice with other women. Sign up in advance - just 8 spots available - and this fall you will learn how to meditate, and how the gentle movements of Tai Chi can strengthen both the mind and the body.This class is free to all members but members must sign up in advance.

Books can help to change your perspective and empower you as a female on your wellness journey.
Join Glow yoga teacher Sam each week, and you will progress through the chapters and gain new insights into health, happiness, and well-being on books chosen for their inspirational content on self-care and self-empowerment.
Bring your book, a notepad or journal and a pencil, and a water bottle, coffee or tea. Bring an open mind and come ready to share.
The Book Club is open to all Members, and we explore one book at a time.

Feeling stiff? Wake up to a soothing morning class of stretching, strengthening, and moving with greater ease. Gentle movements can go a long way in helping you move with more grace and greater vigor through the day. You will fall in love with this class and how it makes you feel in between!
Good Morning Yoga 45 minutes
Get ready to face the day with this yummy morning yoga routine. Start mellow on the mat, then wake up the body and mind with a yin and yang style class that will bring you to your feet in beautiful posture with a refreshed and invigorated sense of wellbeing to start your morning with energy and inner peace.
Inner Glow Flow 60 minutes
This Signature class will have you gently flowing from one joyful movement to the next with your breath, stimulating the lymphatic system and helping you detox and Glow from within, then finishing with gentle yoga for the face. 45 minutes makes it easy to fit in – you will emerge from this class with a rosy inner Glow!
Candlelit Yin with Essential Oils 60 minutes
Now enhanced with essential oils - treat yourself to candlelight and aromatherapy while you melt away your stresses, our heated floors will keep you warm as you channel the ancient practice of using breath to cleanse the organs, the body, and the mind. Excellent for helping with stress, and a natural way to help balance your hormones, which many experts say is key to weight loss and optimal health. Get ready to relax!
Self-Serve Yoga
Available to all members of Glow Fitness for Women, we invite you to practice yoga at your own pace in the studio. We have a wide range of yoga videos loaded on a TV in the yoga studio for you to use whenever classes are not taking place inside the studio.
Self-serve yoga is open to Glow Yoga Members during staffed hours (6 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. Saturdays), and to Glow Circuit Members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
