How do I book a class?
You can book a class right from our website by visiting "Book a class" from our menu. You can view the schedule and book the class as a guest and even pay online for the class.
You can also drop in during staffed hours for a class and pay in person.
As a member, you can log into your account on our website, or from our app.

What do I need to bring to class?
Yoga classes + Pilates + Yoga TRX Fusion Classes
A yoga mat - if you have one. We have extras to rent for $2 if you don't. Mat rental is included in the cost of a drop-in yoga session.
No shoes required for yoga or pilates.
A water bottle is always nice - we have cold filtered water available for your bottles.

Is there a cancellation fee?
We don't have a cancellation fee we have a "No Show" fee.
If you do not cancel your spot 2 hours or less before class begins and do not show up, you will be charged $5 for the class.
This applies even if you have an unlimited membership.
If you have a class pass, one class will be deducted from your class pass is you cancel less than 2 hours before class or fail to show up at class when you are booked.

Is there a wait list?
Yes! Our waitlist will let you know if a spot opens up via an app notification or an email.
What if I am late for a class?
It happens! Please come in anyways. We do lock the doors when class begins, but if you have a key fob then you can come straight to class and just settle into your spot, unroll your mat and join in when you are ready.
Will you cancel a class if not enough attendees?
Not unless no one shows up.
