Glow's Selkirk location also offers yoga in our beautiful studio on heated floors, either as self-serve using the yoga and meditation studio or yoga classes. We also offer pilates.

Safe Strengthening and Low Impact
The Glow workout gives you a full strength workout, just like lifting weights, but without the weight. Glow's machines use a hydraulic resistance system that responds differently to each person who uses it. This makes it a safe workout for women of all ages, women who are pregnant, recovering from injury, or with special workout needs.
