Glow Fitness for Women is now hiring a part time circuit coach to join our team in Gimli for part time mornings.

About You
As a circuit coach at Glow, you will train members how to use the circuit and ensure that everyone is always using the circuit correctly.
You will help to motivate and coach members to reach their goals with your supportive interest in their well-being, measuring their success with them, and following up with members who need extra encouragement.
In between training members, you are helping new members to sign up, keeping the space sparkling clean, working out as much as you want, helping to provide five star service for our members, and being present to support our members.

Description of duties
Train new members how to use the GLOW circuit
Coach existing members on the circuit – ensuring that everyone is using the equipment properly
Help motivate current members to get the most out of their time at Glow
Help members to book classes, over the phone or online
Help new members to sign up

Qualifications and Skills
First Aid and CPR certified
Fitness background
You are passionate for health, fitness, and wellness
You love to help others feel their best
Comfortable using computer programs, apps, and social media
Kind, compassionate, and patient, with a desire to make the world a better place
