Self Sufficiency Skills Workshop:
​Make and preserve your own food and medicine with plants + essential oils

Marta invites you to come and learn how to take ownership of your health by reducing toxins and consumerism for you and your family.
In this workshop, learn Marta's simple hacks to:
1. Save money
2. Grow and preserve your own food
3. Redo your medicine cabinet with natural essential oils
Workshop includes an essential oil roller and choice of plants and seed for every attendee.
Learn basic skills to start your sufficient journey & save money by growing & preserving your own food, reducing toxic consumption & consumerism, with an emphasis on taking ownership of your health & redo your medicine cabinet with essential oils. Free to attend or $25 per person for a take away goody bag of essential oil roller, plants, and seeds!

Yoga for Kids!

This one-hour class is designed for children ages 8-12.
We will explore Yoga poses, games, stories, relaxation, and mindfulness techniques.
This will be done in a positive and engaging environment.
In this class, kids can have fun while improving coordination, create strength and increase flexibility.

Join Glow's own holistic nutritionist Elizabeth Logan for a FREE presentation about how to incorporate better habits into your routine.
Learn the science behind a habit, the importance of routine for the brain, and healthy habits you can incorporate into your routine with Registered holistic nutritionist Elizabeth Logan.
Cost: Free - open to Glow members and non-members.
