What a journey it has been!
We are so grateful for the community we are a part of, our amazing members, and neighbours,  fellow Selkirk business owners, and of course our inspiring coworkers, we call The Glow Team!  
Over the last six years, hundreds of women in Selkirk, St. Andrews, St Clements and surrounding areas have become stronger.
We love helping women to find a workout to enjoy and love! We love creating the best gym and wellness experience possible, and helping you to feel your best! 
​Cheering you on as you reach your goals has been so rewarding, and seeing your smiling faces is the best part. Thank you for your support!
